AUPR Shop Steward Walter "Lucky" Luciano recently retired after 30 years of service. Sergeant-at-Arms Ralph Baselice presented Luciano with a Local 983 retirement plaque while his friends and co-workers wished him well.

Jonathan Canty, Supervisor of the Asbestos Handlers, receives his Local 983 retirement plaque from Recording Secretary Donald Chapman. Canty has 40 years of service with the Department of Education.

Motor Vehicle Supervisor Walter Calloway, Jr. retired after 20 years of service with the Department of Homeless Services. He worked out of the Brooklyn location. Recording Secretary Donald Chapman presented Walter with a plaque on behalf of Local 983.
